Is it necessary to report in 2nd round counselling of wbjee if I want upgradation more ..and i have repoted in 1st round

No u do not need to report if u want upgradation.

Yes,once u have reported in 1st round then no need to report in second round for upgradation.

Yes, you have to report in 2nd round as well if any college is alloted to you.
