Yes you are required to report the reporting center when you want upgradation . At the reporting center you will be given option of either upgradation or either locking your choice.
Moreover for upgradation you are also required to carry the yes upgradation form.

Hello,
Yes you have to visit the reporting centre even if you want to upgrade your branch or college.
The upgradation option will be selected in the reporting centre only.
The officials will be giving you the upgradation form.
This upgradation form will be brought by the students in the next round if you want lock the college.

Yes it is necessary to report at reporting centres either you want a upgradation or freezing. Other wise you will be eliminated from the wbjee counselling.
