Is it necessary to score 100 points in 100 points activity of the GTU?

No, it's not necessary . Grade are given.

I have scored 67 so far and I am in 7th sem. Will that be considered as a passing score?

No, it's not necessary.

Grades are given according to the points you have scored.

If you scored below 35 points than you get FF grade and end result is fail. And if you score more than 35, You passed the activity points criteria.

Scoring above 90 gives you an AA grade. So don't worry about it and enjoy your four years.
