Hi Pandurang Mahale,

According to the guideline issued for eligibility criteria in Maharashtra state counselling for NEET, it is compulsory to have a domicile certificate of the state as well as the candidate must have completed his/her class 10th and 12th from Maharashtra state itself. However, you can still apply for the Maharashtra colleges through AIQ counselling. The first round is over but you can register as fresh candidate and apply for the 2nd round of AIQ counselling.

wards of serving soldiers are eligible for 85% state quota in Maharashtra irrespective that they have studied 11th and 12th outside Maharashtra.
