Is it necessary to submit a medical certificate if I join jadavpur university and I get a seat in hostel of this college also?

Yes, it is mandatory to provide medical certificate at Jadavpur University during the time of admission. The medical certificate helps the college to ensure that the candidate being selected is physically and mentally fit and fine to pass the course with flying colours.
All you need is to go to a government hospital and get yourself inspected by a government doctor and get your fitness medical certificate. If the college have given any format then get your medical certificate in that format.
