You will require the following documents:-
- Original Admission Ticket of Entrance Test
- Original form filled on DU PG Portal after updating graduation marks and college preferences.
- Admission Form. (You can download this form from FOL’s website)
- Undertaking form of Anti-Ragging
- Age Certificate (12 or 10th Mark sheet)
- Character certificate not older than 6 months
- Degree of qualifying exam. If degree is not issued till that time then you can submit provisional certificate.
- Mark sheet of qualifying degree
- Category certificate if you belong to any of the categories.
- 5 passport size photograph
- Migration certificate (If it is not issued till time of counselling then you can give undertaking and provide it later)
- If claiming fee reduction under SC/ST category then self attested declaration that parent’s income is not taxable
