Is it necessary to submit income certificate number eventhough i fall under above 8 lakhs annual income category(as parents are government employees)?

No it is not necessary for AP EAPCET counselling, you can submit it later.As well as Income Certificate is not mandatory to submit, you can submit it later after joined in any college.
