Is it necessary to upload same photo in NEET application form and in COUNSELING application?

No, it is not necessary to upload same photograph in Counselling form as that of NEET application form. You can have post a different photograph but it's scanned copy should be of the required size and the photograph should be a passport size and appropriate for the counselling form. All the best!
