Not necessary  to go 1 day before ..but should u try at least  2-3 hours before  in ur given time schedules

Hello

Actually there is not rule that you should visit before the JEE mains exam centre

But according to my suggestion if you see the centre once before day then you will be free and very easy to find your centre early for sure
