First of all AIBE which is All India Bar Examination is conducted by Bar Council of India for all law graduates whether it's five years integrated course or three years LLB course to provide certificate of practice , and this is mandatory for any law graduate regarding practicing in court, hence acquiring law degree won't suffice in this case, you will be required to qualify AIBE to practice in court, for UR/OBC it's 40% aggregate, and for SC/ST it's 35% aggregate,
