the only examination you need to appear for is neat and your state counselling will also depend on unit marks when you have a reserved category of 85% for the state quota for the state of your domicile if it is Karnataka then so be it and the selection for allotment of your colleges will be dependent on unit marks itself and no other separate entrance examination is required

In order to take admission in medical colleges under KCET you have to appear for NEET exam and counselling will be held seperately through state.
