Dear Shalu, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary colleges across India. If you want admission in any of these courses, NEET is enough. NTA is the exam conducting authority for NEET which overlooks the entire process from registration until counselling and admissions. On the other hand, KEAM is an entrance exam for admission to Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses. So if you want to pursue B. Pharmacy, you need to appear for KEAM. But NEET and KEAM are no where related.
