is it not allowed to go for mbbs in bangladesh if i had 2 drop?

Yes no such rule is there and you can pursue mbbs from bangladesh even after 2 drop years.
However you should know that after completing your mbbs from bangladesh you'd have to clear an fmge exam for getting a license to work in india and do a 1year compulsory internship in india.

The Private Medical Colleges of Bangladesh do not give admission to students who have more than 2 years gap after 12th. A major issue could be that during your Internship you may not be allowed to touch the patients, so make sure it is not 'Observership'.

I rechecked it a site is showing this information. still I'll advice you to contact the medical administration staff at Bangladesh and confirm the same before taking any major steps just to be sure.(also no other country has such rule)
