Yes of course you can persue computer Science Engineering without giving JEE Main.
now a day every top college of India either private or Government take admission on the basis of JEE main exam.
but even after some colleges are there who take admission on their own CET like-
- Birla Institute of Tecnology and Science Admission Test.(BITSAT)
- VIT Engineering entrance exam(VITEEE)
- SRM joint Engineering Entrance Exam(SRMJEE)
- Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination(UPSEE)
- Maharashtra Common Entrance Test(MAHA CET)
- West Bengal Joint Entrance exam(WBJEE)
- Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering(AEEE)
