Hello,

It is completely okay to go to a private college even after dropping for one year. Few things you should keep in your mind before taking a private college.

The first one is placement, ensure that placements are good, and checking the previous year's placement records to get a clear idea.

Faculty:- Make sure the faculty is good enough to teach you new things.

Fee Structure:- Take a college where your financial condition will not be an obstacle in your studies.

Accessibility:- make sure your college is well connected with the main city, and transport facilities are good. And the part is habitable for you to survive for four years.

At last takes a private college which is worth your money and will give to good returns after 4 years, not just in the financial part but also with your overall personality development.

You can also try the career360 college predictor to predict your college.

If you have taken a drop year and you aren't able to score well in the examination in order to get admission to the Government colleges/your desired college, then its completely fine for you to go for the private colleges if you are interested.

See in order to be successful in life, you require the skill over than the college. So if you are getting the college where you can study the subject you want & if the college is decent enough in terms of the academics, then undoubtedly take admission in it. You have the entire duration and you can learn a lot of skills by yourself. So don't worry too much about the college, instead try to focus on the skill set.

I hope this answer provides you some insight. Wish you a great day!
