Yes, it is completely fine to go for MBA after taking one year gap after completion of your graduation. There are many students who take an year gap after graduation to prepare for MBA entrance examination and then clear it with flying colours and make it to their dream the B-school ,also there are many who go for job after their graduation and after 2-3 years ,they go for MBA so you don't need to worry at all about your one year gap after graduation.

Your admission in Mba is a two step process :-
*********** First you get shortlisted on the basis of your score obtained by you in the entrance examinations like CAT/ MAT etc, your academic profile ,work experience.
********** Then you have to go through WAT i. e written ability test/GDi. e group discussion/PI i. e personal interview, and then you are finally selected for admission on the basis of performance in these rounds , percentile score in CAT/MAT etc, academic profile like percentage of marks obtained by you in class 10th, 12th and graduation and work experience.

yes.. It's completely Okay to do MBA after 1 or few years gap after graduation . In fact , In IIM admission .. the admission is based the score of class 10th , 12th, Grad marks , CAT exam score along with Work Experience also including Personal Interview .
Work experience during the Gape will help you to learn MBA with experience . You can apply your job experience also (If relevant and required) during the MBA Course .
