Hello aspirant
Telecom management and medical course are two entire different streams.
A programme in telecom management includes conceptualizing innovative ideas to manage operations and marketing of telecommunications-related technologies. ... After completion of the programme, the students are expected to comprehend telecom operations in relation to finance, management, regulatory and legal framework.
While in Medical you study the functioning of the human body and medicines to improve the quality of the health sector.
So if you graduate in one stream you cannot choose the other.
Choose wisely

Could you exactly specify the reason why being a medical graduate you would like to going to telecom department
yes telecommunication and mass media does play a vital role in the modern world and if you are thinking about virtualising medical education or medical procedures with the help of telecommunications and that is a different issue all together but unless you are planning on that and you simply wanting to switch streams I don't think career in telecommunication is at all app for a medical graduate since you wouldn't have the basic knowledge of mass communication or telecommunication basics in terms of economy and marketing as well as strategy devices which would be vital and essential for success via telecommunication methods
Ajay medical graduates you are preparing for your post graduation on let's have given up on the idea of doing some specialisation of practicing medicine but also think of hospital management and teaching as you are alternate career options having already invested so much of time and effort in medical sciences and you should think carefully before you decide on Sachin abrupt switch off streams which might land you in cold water altogether down the line

I exactly understand what you say. Basically I am a BDS Graduate. On completion of my degree I didn't wish to pursue clinical practice of Dentistry which led to such a decision of opting for management as a future goal of prospering in the Service sector. I had appeared for SNAP'18 and I am qualified for one of the premier Symbiosis MBA colleges. Yeah they also have Healthcare Management there but this Telecom Management seems to have a more lucrative package two years hence. This is the reason of my query. Thanks for answering :-)
