Is it okay if i take a drop for some reasons i appeared for my 12th board 2022 recently from science stream and want to start my next academics from Jan 2023 ! is it okay to take a drop for preparing for various exams till January !

Year drop after school is advisable if you're into getting good colleges and need some time for preparation, you can use this time to figure things out and decide what career you want to pursue, research about different colleges and courses and apply accordingly. Just keep this in mind that while applying for admission next year you'll be supposed to present a gap certificate, provided and signed by the official judiciary of the court in a stamp paper. Rest it is completely fine.
