No , it's not okay to upload right hand thumb impression instead of left as nta has clearly specified to upload left hand thumb impression , you can use right hand thumb impression only in case of any eventuality of left-hand thumb being unavailable.

But in case if you have uploaded right hand thumb impression by mistake then nta may notify you about it for correction through your email address or the provided phone number and then you will be able to make correction in your upload thumb impression using correction window. Nta will be opening the correction window of Neet 2020 on 15th January and you will be able to make corrections till 31st January 2020. So , make sure that you make correction between these dates

In NEET PG 2020 application form, the left thumb impression should be in the format of JPG or JPEG or GIF or PNG. The scanned file size should be within 10 kb to 50 kb and of dimension 4*3 cm

so please go for left thumb
