Yes one can pursue MBBS course from Armed Forces as well through Armed Forces Medical College, Pune in India.
The candidate is only eligible for admission to MBBS course offered by AFMC if he/she satisfies the eligibility criteria as prescribed by AFMC which goes like :-
--->>> The candidate should be citizen of India.
--->>> The candidate should be unmarried and cannot do marriage in the duration of course.
--->>> Should be medically fit as per prescribed standards by the Govt of India, Ministry of Defense.
--->>> The candidate should have attained the minimum age of 17 years on 31st Dec of the examination year, but must not have reached the age of 24 years on that date or we can say the candidate must have been born not earlier than 01 January 1999 and not later than 31 December 2005 for 2022.
--->>> The candidate should have passed in PCB and English subject in once, and the subjects should be taken simultaneously.
--->>> Minimum aggregate of the PCB should be 60% and 50% in English subject and also minimum 50% marks should be there in each of the Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Admission to MBBS course offered by AFMC is only taken through NEET UG score which is conducted by National Testing Agency and counselling is conducted by Directorate General of Health Services on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune so you can also check out previous years cut-offs from the link given below :-
