Hi

1)check the college which has areonautical Engineering on DTE website

2)appear for the exam (PCM)

3) After result while choice filling go for areonautical Engineering perference wise

4) once you have been allotted for the seat. Verify you document . Complete all the process.

5)Report to the institute ..
