Yes, Anyone from a commerce background or non-science subjects in their high school can enroll in a flight school. As long as the student completes his 12th grade, he is eligible for pilot training. After 12th or at the moment of time you want to do then interested people should go for the proper trainings

See if you go for Flying school to pursue Civil Aviation, there will be no such rules that you can't do job. But as per some of the information available, at the starting you may continues your job but with the increase in day you may not be able to continue the job and you have to quit.
