See if you go for Flying school to pursue Civil Aviation, there will be no such rules that you can't do job. But as per some of the information available, at the starting you may continues your job but with the increase in day you may not be able to continue the job and you have to quit. So yeah! its partially true. The main reason behind this is there are certain parameters of flying time which one have to complete along with examination to get the license of DGCA.
