Yes it is possible but If your last day of the cancelling date is passed then it might have a problem you cancelled it now but some amount of money you may pay for registration or fee they asked for that may have not repaid it depends on the term and condition or policy So be ready for it. no need to worry about cancellation is will you get easily just contract and tell about your condition.go and visit official website there you may see cancelling of seat allotment for better go and visit any meeseva people they will do cancelling of seat before the date pass
