Is it possible to cancel the admission in one college and seek admission in a better college, if your name appears on the 3rd merit list?

Hello Zarana, if you are getting a good college in the 2nd list you must definitely take admission there. Then after your admission if you are getting a better college than this in the third list you must definitely take the better one. It doesn't matter of you are getting a better college in the third list because at the end you are going to get the same degree that the ones in the first list gets. So you can take the better college in the third list.

probably yes but you hav  to invest some money to claim your seat for that period of time
