Is it possible to choose pcm with biology as optional subject?

Yeah! You can obviously go for PCMB combination. This is a very good combination. It can be a bit hectic but the plus point in it is that you get eligible for the Bio related courses as well as Mathematics related courses. So the diversity of career choosing is more spread in this case.
