Yes, it is possible to prepare for MHT CET in 4 months and give a sreious attempt.
Make sure your basics are clear. Syllabus is entirely based on your 11th and 12th class it is recommended to use your text books.
Refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions.
