Honestly, presuming that you are students who has just made up mind of giving NEET Exam which is expected to be help in May 2021 the answer is that the chances are bleak however NOT ZERO.
That means, if you have no prior experience of giving national level competitions then it will be really difficult to handle a full-on NEET Syllabus in just 6 months. Infact there will be no tuition classes(like Allen or Aakash) that will accept students for 6 months because they have a full badge of students with 1 year of time.
If you are someone who has taken a gap year due to whatever reason then the chances are high since 6 months of self study and rigorous practice can work out miracles for you. If possible consult a NEET Aspirant or someone in Medical College will good NEET score so that a physical interaction can give you a better understanding.

NEET 2021 is expected to be in the month of may 2021. This means you have 5 and half months for its preparation. You can get very good marks with this time preparation, if you follow a good stragety.
