There's no problem in discontinuing,You can discontinue and prepare for neet.

But see that you will be prepared well and attempt the exam.

I think there will no fees for discontinuing the college,if you have paid whole year fees then they will just cut off the fees and return you half amount.

If you haven't paid then inform the College that you are discontinuing for MBBS listen to there instruction.

There will no much procedure to follow.
