is it possible to do any IT courses with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB ) subjects in 12 th std .

If you wish to go for the course of Information Technology such as BTech or BSc, for both the courses Mathematics is required as a compulsory subject in 10+2 course. So you can't do the course in most of the colleges.

I would say, you should check the eligibility condition for the course you wish to  take admission in the college.
