Yes there are 2 ways through which you can pursue your B.tech in Defence academy.
- NDA: National Defence Academy conducts NDA entrance exam for admission in IMA, AFA, INA.The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+ with Mathematics and Physics from a recognised board.You need to qualify in the entrance exam and pass the SSB interview.To study B.tech you need to opt for AFA and INA.IMA does not offer B.tech

2. Technical Entry Scheme (TES): It gives admission in B.tech for those who passed 10+2 with maths, physics and chemistry with atleast 70% marks.The admission is based on merit in 10+2.The candidates who have minimum cut off marks will be shortlisted to appear in SSB interview the final selection will be made based on the performance in SSB interview.
