Is it possible to do Mbbs(Regular)and Btech(Distance)?

MBBS and BTech, both are complete different streams and not possible technically.
You can do only one at a time.
Also, both degrees can not be considered at a time. You can not be on two boats at a time and that too going on different directions.
Be practical and do only one at a time.
