Yes it is possible to get 150 marks in JEE mains with 15 days preparation.
Just go through NCERT textbook thoroughly specially for chemistry.
No need to touch any new book right now.
Revision will matter a lot.
Go for easy chapters first like environmental chemistry, polymer, amines chemistry in everyday life, biomolecules,
For mathematics go for coordinate geometry, quadratic equations, sequence and series, mathematical reasoning.
For Physics go for modern physics,optics,motion,EM WAVES.

This simply impossible and anyone who says you they he or she has done that then they are probably fooling you.Aspirants prepare for one year even more than that for jee and only few of then succeed so one can never prepare for that exam in 15 days.
If your base is strong and you have to been doing preparation bits and pieces then it might be possible that you pass by 100 marks but 150 is top much.There is still plenty of time left for jee april session and i would suggest you to preparer for that sincerely because there is no shortcut to success.
