There are only 20 seats reserved for the OBC category in PGI Chandigarh including the clinical and nonclinical domains

Also the chances that you will make it through to the top 20 with the rank of 508 is highly unlikely so I am very sorry but I would have to tell you that it is difficult for you to make it through this time around. better luck for next time

There are only 20 number of seats reserved for the OBC category for admission to the MD/MS course for both Clinical as well as Non Clinical branches in PGI, Chandigarh. Considering this and the fact that PGI is among the top Institutes you seem to have very less chances.
