The possibility of getting seat in the branches you have mentioned in your question is decent. But exactly it cannot be predicted as cut-offs changes from year to year. The Campuses in which you can get these branches will be decided once the cut-off comes.

Point to be remembered is, cut-offs depends on many factors and gets influenced by those factors. The factors affecting the cut-offs are number of seats available, caste category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
