According to previous year's cut-offs you have decent chances of getting Computer Science Engineering branch in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore under Category 1 or 2 mostly. Your VITEEE Rank is some how near to previous year's cut-off range of Computer Science Engineering in VIT, Vellore. But Cutoffs differs from year to year.
