Is it possible to get into a govt college for engineering in kerala without writing keam as i missed the registration ???

No it's can't possible. As per my knowledge, government colleges has not management quota. If you willing to join private college, then it can possible. But not possible for government engineering colleges. Otherwise you can also contact the institution for further information.
