Hello aspirant,
Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it is general. The previous year's cut off marks for the general category through West Bengal state quota counseling was 572 marks and the college allotted was Maharaja Jitendra Narayan Medical College and Hospital.
So, you might have a chance of getting a government seat, however since results for the NEET 2022 exam aren't out, it is difficult to predict anything as the cut-off varies every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.
You can also use the college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/course-
Hope it helps!
Dear aspirant
You haven't mentioned your category I'll assume you belong to Gen category.
As of now result haven't declared and we don't know how ranks will perform so saying anything confirm is very hard as cut off marks depends on various factors.
West Bengal state quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category in NEET 2021 was 572 marks.
This year six new govt medical College has been approved for admission from this year,so there will be increased number of seats for each category in state quota, which may lead to decrease in cut off marks.
So if we compare your marks with last year cut off marks and increasing number of seats, you are not far behind and you will have chances to get govt medical College in west bengal state quota counseling.

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well,
It can be really difficult to predict cut off for particular college or a particular course since it keeps on changing every year. However for MBBS candidates from general category are required to score minimum 580+ marks in NEET to get admission in government college. Since you have not mentioned your category I consider that you belong to general category. With the score you have mentioned above there can be possibilities of your admission in government college of West Bengal. You should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, since state counselling has announced that 85% seats will be reserved for state quota students, this might increase chances of your admission. I have mentioned list of colleges you can try to get admission in :
ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia
Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur
KPC Medical College and Hospital, Jadavpur
Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Kolkata
IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur
