Based on previous year cutoff, if you have state quota then you have chances.

The cutoff for general category last year for government medical colleges is given below

Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya -402

Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan - 393

Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences, Belgaum- 428

Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary-428

Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar-399

Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur-380 etc

Under All India Quota you have no chances,in government medical colleges.

The cutoff amy also vary every depending on various factors like difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc

But you can use previous year cutoff for reference
