Unfortunately, you are not allowed to change your board in class 10th as the registration for class 10th are usually done in class 9th itself. It is not impossible but it is very difficult to get your board changed in class 10th. The chances are really very low and it's not worth trying, rather I recommend you to give your 10th exam from CBSE board as in higher studies, it doesn't really matter from which board you belonged to.
