Is it possible to hold AIQ Round1 allocation till the completion of State (Telangana) level Round1 counseling?

Hi there.
If you got a seat in forst counseling , it will automatically be on hold and , you can apply for the second session . Suppose you got a seat in second session too . Then you will have to choose one and then too you can apply for the third round .
