Yes, you can learn investment banking by self with Reading books on finance, markets and investing. or you can join some Course to enhance the knowledge of Investment banking by this you may get the job of advisory, after 12th commerce, any one can do a job of advisory in any financial company along with further study.
And also You may do B.Com or BBA followed by MBA in Finance. If you do MBA from which you get high analytical skills you may get placement as Investment Banker.

Yes, It is possible to learn investment banking after 12th (commerce).
You can get a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics (B.Com, BBA, and so on) in three to four years. For the same, you can take online classes on YouTube upgrade or Coursera. However, in this case, a bachelor's degree and practical experience are important. There are several institutions, such as the Bombay Stock Exchange Institute, that provide excellent finance and global financial markets undergrad courses. Or you can take B.com (//B.com) and prepare for CA exam to be a investment banker in future.
