Is it possible to make it to sscbs with 220 marks in du jat and 84% in 12th for a general category student??

it's not that easy for you to make it to SSCBS with these marks, but you can wait for the counselling rounds, in case, anyone leaves their respective seats than you might get the chance of studying there.
