Hello,

Yes, you can for that you have to start your preparation beforehand in the sense from the last year of graduation, as you have to manage both and you cannot neglect your study for that, you have to make a timetable and accordingly follow, for initiation of any competitive exam getting acquainted with the syllabus is most, you can download the syllavus from official website of SSC, taking a print out of the syllabus will help you know what all the topics in respective sections are to be covered, Maths and English remains the common section in Tier I and Tier II of the preparation level, in Tier II both these subjects consists of 200 marks, the level of SSC CGL isn't as higher that of bank exams, you can refer previous year papers for preparation and these will help you a lot, as SSC does often repeat questions, SSC happens over four tier level and with compeition increasing day by day, the level of question too have gone up in recent times. Make a timetable accordingly, for example you can practice the mock papers in the weekends after five days of study, this way you can evaluate your progress as well. There are free mock papers available at various competitive exam sites, which you can use them to practice, it'll help you know your strength and the areas you require to improve.

Test series are highly important, as this exam is in online mode, unless an aspirant has good time management and has fair idea of what to attempt and what to skip, this will become a difficult task to handle.
