Is it possible to take admission in B.Pharma in Maharashtra without giving MH-CET ?

Here is the eligibility criteria of B.Pharma in Maharashtra (2021)
First of all candidates who want to take admission in B.Pharma have to sit in the entrance test .
Academic Qualification;
•Candidates must have passed with an aggregate of 50% in the science stream from a recognised board.
•Candidates must have compulsory subjects like physics and chemistry with one other subject from either Mathematics or biology.
•Candidates with reserved category from Maharashtra should have secured 45% .
•Candidates must have scored non zero in the CET exam ,which is conducted by the Competent Authority.
•Candidates must have scored non zero in NEET or equivalent CET exam ,in all subjects.Preferences are being reserved for those who have scored a valid score in NEET or any other equivalent .
And the candidates who qualify all the required eligibility criteria for MH CET must complete the Maharastra B.pharma application .

Here is the different types of candidature;
1.Candidates of Maharashtra
• Those candidates who have passed SSC and HSC/Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor of Science from an institute in Maharashtra are eligible.
Or
Candidates who are not in the above category but if one of their parents is domiciled in Maharashtra and also have a domicile certificate for it ,are eligible.
Or
Candidates who don't fall in either of the about categories but one of their parents is a government employee and posted in Maharashtra and reports the duty before the last date of submission of the CAP admission ,are eligible.
Or
Candidates who don't fall under any of the above categories but if their parents are employees or retired employees of the government of Maharashtra/undertaking ,are also eligible.
Or
Candidates whose mother tounge is marathi and have also passed 10+2 from one of the school located in the regions between Maharashtra & Karnataka ,are also eligible.
2.All India Category
•Parmanent residents of india are eligible.
3.Minority Candidates
•Candidates who belong to a particular religious or linguistic minority community from Maharashtra,are also eligible.
•NRI/OCI/PIO 's children and children of Indian workers employed in Foreign National or Gulf country are free for for MHT CET 2021 admission.
