No you have to apply for Neet exam to get admission into MBBS BDS course in India. Even if you are applying for any private college or deemed universities you will get admission only if you have attempted Neet examination. Cutoff or other criterias can be set by them but you must at least have a Neet score to be applicable to get admission to their course.

without participating in NEET, you cannot get admission in either government or private medical colleges in India.

What I would advise us to get a score in excess of 500 to try for a government medical college seat availity 85% state quota in your state of domicile of school and excess of 552 582 try for the premier government medical college seat and other states in which you do not have domicile but although the cutoff main godown to as low as a hundred and twenty first general category and 96 for the reserved category to just qualifying Neet and make yourself eligible for the management quota seats in private medical colleges.
