Choosing CBSE board will have an edge over any state board if you want to prepare for neet because many state Boards have their own syllabus which is a bit different from NCERT syllabus which is followed for Neet examination whereas CBSE follows NCERT so it will be quite helpful for you because in this case you will be following the same syllabus for both your board exam and Neet and not juggling between 2 different syllabus which is the case if you prepare for neet along with state board. So, comparatively, CBSE board will be better.
