There is no specific bachelor's degree required for M.A polictical science .

You can do your M.a after completing your b.tech /b.e

After finishing B. Tech , since you want to opt for completely different field you can take programmes in humanities which are available at all levels that is Bachelor's , Masters and doctorate.

You should have passed Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks.
