Is it possible to transfer from a state college to another college from first to 2nd yr of btech?

Hello candidate,
Yes, you can definitely change your college in which you are currently studying to another college if you have got admission into it and you are willing to go for the new allotted college.
But, in the new college you need to start your classes again from the first year itself as you won't get promoted to the second year if you have studied your first year in another college.
