I know it is difficult to do something productive, after a hectic schedule, but you must learn to manage it that ways. Personal skill development is also important for your overall personality development, as it will help you in the time when you will face public or any interview. You must learn to sneak out some time to give it to yourselves. Half an hour on daily basis may help you to achieve your desired goals.
